He has expertly managed multi-million dollar portfolios at both the onsite and corporate levels and has played a key role in fostering strong vendor partnerships within the multifamily sector.

Founder

Byron embarked on his career in multifamily leasing in 1997 and has since accumulated over 25 years of experience in accounting, company logistics, and organizational culture. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and owned several companies, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence. He is enthusiastic about contributing to this new era of trailblazing professionals and shaping the future of the industry.

JOY NOLAN-MASSEY

Executive Recruiter

Joy has dedicated over a decade to the multifamily industry, honing her recruitment skills for over 6 years. She's fostered connections, built friendships, and experienced significant professional growth along the way.

 

Outside of recruitment, Joy cherishes her family, including a lively trio of dogs and a charming duo of cats. When she's not working, she indulges in anime, true crime documentaries, and captivating books.

 

In her role as a multifamily industry recruiter, Joy has led Leasing 101 classes, established connections with trade schools, and guided numerous graduates to valuable hands-on experiences and permanent placements. Active participation in GNAA luncheons and various committee contributions are also integral parts of her involvement.

 

For Joy, the heart of recruiting lies in guiding qualified candidates to careers they genuinely love, matching them with environments where they can thrive. This aspect remains the most rewarding part of her work.

JASON REED

Executive Recruiter

Jason recently joined the team with CTH and is excited to begin this new chapter. He has been in recruiting for the last 6 years and loves building and nurturing relationships. He has been successful with recruiting pharmaceutical candidates for major expansions, property management and corporate level positions. Jason believes it’s important to meet each candidate where they are at and dig in and truly find out what makes each person tick. 

 

When he’s not building and nurturing relationships, you will find Jason at home with his spouse and his two cats and dog. He enjoys working on his home where he’s constantly changing something.  He enjoys traveling and spending as much quality time as possible with those that he loves.
